HONORARIA
Data collection for the 2004 study is now concluded. Honoraria have been mailed to all participants of the SVADA study who 1.) completed the thank you gift and prize drawing registration and sign up page after finishing the online survey and, 2.) provided their name and address information requested therein. The honoraria are in the form of Crate and Barrel $20 gift cards provided as a "thank you" for their important and valuable participation in the study. These gift cards are redeemable for either online purchases at the Crate and Barrel website or any of their stores nationwide.
