TO ACCESS THE SURVEY
OR if you have lost or forgotten your login password, then simply contact SVADA and one will be provided for you, usually within 24 hours of a request. Please be sure to provide your name and institution name with your message. This will help expedite its delivery and your access to the survey.
The
online questionnaire for this study is maintained at another website
location -- one that is designed especially for hosting social science
survey research. It is not located here at the SVADA informational website.
In order to gain access to the actual questionnaire, you must receive
an email message directly from the researcher. This special email
message from SVADA contains a hypertext link to the survey's host website.
It should typically follow several days after you receive your invitation
letter to participate in the study. You will also need to use the login
password that is located in the lower right corner of
your invitation letter in order to enter the survey website and begin
the questionnaire. Your login password will be a single word (in all
lower case letters) like "orange", "flower", 'happy",
etc. |
